In June, 2009, I started, A Girl Named Bong on Blogger. The following was my first post:

Like most daunting things in life, and by “daunting” I mean things that require me to use my brain and motivate, I was hesitant to do this. What if no one wants to read it? Is it vain to have a blog? How often will I have to update? What if I have nothing to say? The questions went on and on and probably would have continued that way until a talented photographer, Manolo Campion, told me that I could make money via advertising if my blog gets “x” number of hits per day…. Done and Dusted… “A Girl Named Bong” was born!

So, here is my blog. If you enjoy bad t.v., are too busy to follow gossip on Twitter but enjoy reading it and find “caddy” and “shallow” life quips hysterical, than this blogs for you….. ENJOY and pass it on. Girl has her eye on a new pair of shoes!

15,763 post later and I’m still blogging….  I’m just continuing on WordPress (as iPad doesn’t support Blogger) I hope you enjoy this blog as much as I do writing it…..
