GFJ: How did that happen?

Before I switch to my new company I wanted to do all of my check-ups (in case my doctors don’t accept their insurance plan). At one such appointment I found out that I managed to lose fifteen pounds this year. HOLLA!

The best part of this surprising news is that I wasn’t really trying to lose weight. I mean, I go to the gym but, that’s pretty much what a lot of people do. I eat a bit healthier at home but, that’s cause I ingest so much crap when I’m out (as evidenced by the below food journal). I basically didn’t really have to change up my habits too much and the weight came off. I’m hoping another 15 magically shed by September. I have JoJo’s wedding and I want to find a killer dress.
