GFJ: I’ve succumb to the Chia Seed craze….

Dr. Oz says Chia Seeds are good for you
… As does that lady, Joy on “The Today Show” keeps on raving about them so they’ve been on my radar.. And then a friend of mine said she started adding them into her oatmeal and since the seeds “expand in your stomach”, they kept her full all day. That pretty much sealed the deal for me.. The fiber, Omega-3′s, protein and every other benefit chia seeds offer is nice. But, the fact that they curb your appetite MADE MY DAY..

So off to Whole Foods I went and once I got to work, I added those Chia Seeds to my Fage… Not going to lie. THEY ARE MESSY and they totes stick in your teeth.. I, however, don’t really care about that cause I haven’t felt like snacking yet and usually by now I’ve done some semblance of grazing….

P.S. The only reason why I haven’t done a GFJ post in awhile is because I’m in denial over the beastly eating habits I’ve had lately.
