Um, let’s discuss the fact that I’m sick…Which normally would be fine as sick usually = no appetite or vomiting so one feels thin apres…. This sick is tragically the opposite. I have the chills and then sweats, sore throat, cough, am stuffy and runny all at the same time and the WORST part is I. AM. RAVENOUS…. Like, I’m starving but can’t even taste the food I’m eating and then I’m exhausted. So I’m eating and not even burning off the calories…. I need this cold to pass so I can go back to the gym.
LUNCH: Dumplings and Hot & Sour Soup
DINNER: Organic mixed green salad, Hot dog, french fries and a vanilla milkshake. So random, I know but it made me feel good.
