Have I ever shared with you that I stress eat? Because, I totes do… And all Summer long I’ve been stressed out because of an audit at work….
AUDIT’S ARE NOT FUN… In fact, they are so awful that I’m not even sure I’d wish one upon my worse enemy.. (actually that’s totes a lie.. there is one person I can think of that deserves a visit from the IRS). This audit has been stressing me out all Summer and as a result, I’ve been seriously dating Lay’s Salt & Vinegar chips.
Usually I go with a small-guy. It’s the best way to control how many you eat… but the other day, I was pulling my hair out because the auditor was making an on-site visit today, so my work colleague brought me a large bag.
One large bag = 1,600 calories…. I had no idea until I realized I spent the past few days going through half of a bag. How disgusting is that? If Hurricane Irene doesn’t leave NYC under-water, I’m going to have to spend the next few days at the gym, working out something fierce.. BUST!

BREAKFAST: Fage with Strawberry and raw sunflower seeds
LUNCH: Taco Truck…how good does this salad from the taco truck look? It came with pineapple salad dressing. YUM!

DINNER: K-town
Tuesday
BREAKFAST: Fage with Strawberry and raw sunflower seeds
LUNCH: Gluten Free Quiche
SNACK: S&V Chips
DINNER: Chicken Sausage, Kale Salad and some roasted potatoes
Wednesday
BREAKFAST: Fage with Blueberry and raw sunflower seeds
LUNCH: Fish Taco from Taco Truck
SNACK: Salt & Vinegar Chips
DINNER: Kale Salad and Trader Joe’s pot stickers
