GFJ: Loving Trader Joe’s BBQ Pork Roast…

I am not usually a fan of prepared foods. I figure if I’m going to eat at home I mine as well cook and if I’m going to buy something prepared, I should just go out to eat. At least I’ll have a martini with my meal if I’m out.

That said, I decided to try out Trader Joe’s BBQ Pork Roast and I’m semi obsessed. Monday night I thought about going to the gym but decided to b*tch about work to Metts instead.. While gassing on the phone I put the Trader Joe’s pork roast in the oven, made some rice and by the time I had unburdened my woes over the phone, my dinner was done… and that beast was DEAD GOOD.

The BBQ sauce is pretty heavy so you def need a startch to soak it up.. Next time I purchase it, I might try using it as a sandwich base. It would be heaven between two pieces of Bouchon bread.
