At first I was confused as to why Mandy Moore was at the Academy Awards (she performed a song from her animated movie, “Tangled”) but then I forgot all about that when I saw her gorgeous Monique Lhuillier dress… She looked amazing. Gone was tha teeny-bopper who had that “Drew Barrymore talk out of the side of her mouth” thing going.. She really did amazing.
